BAVO Poříčí s.r.o. was established in 2012 and continues the more than 20-year tradition of manufacturing air-conditioning accessories and gangway bellows for articulated trams, buses and trolleybuses, which BAVO Poříčí took over from Mr. Josef Voral.
The quality policy of our company is simultaneously our business policy. We are ware that a quality product and the good name of the company are the preconditions for its successful development.
The focus of our policy is continuous fulfilment of the requirements of the customer, the applicable laws and legal regulations and improvement of the quality of products to the satisfaction of our customers. Quality has the highest priority in our company. We are building a professional team of colleagues.
Our business strategy is to keep our current customers and build new permanent business relations. We would like our customers to perceive us as long-term business partners with whom it is worth maintaining business relations.
We endeavour to systematically improve the qualifications of our employees and provide them with the best working conditions. We are aware that each employee of the company is an integral part of the quality system.
The company management is aware of its responsibility for creation of the conditions for fulfilment of the objectives of our company and also for its further development, for which reason the company commits itself to ensure the conditions for efficient management and continuous improvement of its processes based on permanent and partner relations with its collaborators, suppliers, partners and customers.
